At TechEz, we understand that some tech issues require hands-on attention.

For appointments, we charge a flat-rate labor fee of $20.00, (This is not the price for the repair just for the agent’s travel cost, the repair price is separate). This fee is non-refundable and covers the agent's travel to your residence.

During the appointment, our skilled agent will assess and determine the specific issue with your device. Once identified, you will be informed of the service price for resolving the problem. Our service prices are transparent and reflect the nature and complexity of the task. The agent will then have to take the device for repair & will give you a date & time on when the device will be dropped back off at your residence. Providing an easy and smooth job is what we strive to achieve.
